Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation

Increased attention to the efficacy of developmental expenditures has led to a rise in the scope and nature of Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation. SIAPAC provides these services in two respects:

  1. To a wide range of sector-focused development initiatives implemented by multi-disciplinary teams and
  2. To implementing agencies that need backstopping in the measurement of results

For the former, this includes providing a range of primary data collection services, the development of knowledge products and strengthening a culture of learning, and developing and managing logframes and theories of change. For the latter, this is scaled to the needs of each agency, and involves working with personnel to identify priority areas to track and report progress and challenges.
